Here are some photographs of my current progress, past and present.  They are difficult to see, but in all honesty, this is what I am working to change!

BTW the header is a picture I took of a sunrise at hunting island.

This picture says it all. As I crossed the final finish mat it was suddenly over and I just wanted shade and to rest my exhausted body.  Eventually I got my hands on a piece of cookie and a beer and went and cooled in the lake.

Last year I finished the half marathon in 3:45, this year I hit the half marathon at 3:34 and went on to finish the marathon in 7:24.

In 2014 I completed the Tortoise and Hare 50k, my first race over a half marathon in eleven and a half hours.  My big goal for 2015 is to run the race faster.

    Loving the change…..it is impressive!
    Over the weekend I watched the Kona Ironman, number 1339 Garrett Oka is not the stereotypical triathlete and he completed in some 16hrs, 34 mins…..everything is possible for us big fellas !!

    1. I need to update that pick again its been a couple of months. Every Sunday I don the tent as those things are expensive.

    1. The last picture is from August, if you look at the pictures with me an Zero, my bike, you will see even a bigger difference. I seem to slim down everywhere but the waist some times, arms and legs and chest are noticable, waist is a little less. But I am reaching for the best shape of my life.
